This digital photo frame is my favorite gift to give (and it's on sale)

I love giving gifts that are personal and that someone will appreciate daily. And with Mother's Day and Father's Day approaching in the next few months, I have the perfect gift idea.

My go-to gift recently has been the Pexar Digital Photo Frame, and right now, it's $40 off during Amazon's Big Spring Sale, now through March 31.

I've gifted this photo frame to both of my parents, as well as my mother-in-law. It's a great way to send them photos of my life, my cats, travels, and funny moments straight to their living rooms.

Even though my family is not tech-savvy, setting up the photo frame and downloading the app was easy for them. Anyone can send photos or videos to their frames via the app, and it instantly uploads and appears on their screens. You can crop the photos depending on how the frame owner has the frame set up (horizontal vs. vertical), which allows the photos not to get cut off.

On the frame itself, the convenient touchscreen lets you control brightness, the auto-shutoff timer, the slideshow timing, the display mode, the activity sensor timer (which turns off the frame after a certain amount of time without anyone walking in front of the frame), and notifications.

The Pexar has 32GB of built-in storage, meaning you can store upwards of 40,000 photos. If your gift recipient is super old school, you can also play photos directly from external storage media like an SD card or a USB-A flash drive.

I highly recommend the Pexar Digital Photo Frame as a gift for anyone on your list, especially with this Big Spring Sale deal.
